How to Install the Samsung VRF System (DVM S2)

Installation Process:

  • Site Survey: The experts visit your site and finalize the placement of units and layout of piping.
  • Design & Load Calculation: Calculation done for the air conditioning requirement for each zone.

Outdoor Unit Installation:

  • Place this on the top of a concrete slab or metal platform.
  • Make sure you ensure proper ventilation and drainage.
  • Do the connection between the refrigerant and drainage pipes.

Indoor Unit Installation:

  • Units can be mounted in the ceiling or on walls, depending on the model.
  • Connect refrigerant piping and electrical wiring.
  • Ensure that drainage piping is properly sloped and that there is enough clearance for airflow.
  • Charging of Refrigerant: Amounts of refrigerant are charged exactly according to the length of the piping.

Testing & Commissioning:

  • AI diagnostics tests pressures, temperatures, and refrigerant levels.
  • The control system is programmed for zones.
  • Final Handover: Demonstration of performance and training for users.
