  1. Ceiling Preparation & Site Inspection:
  • Inspect the slab strength to support the indoor unit weight
  • Finalize indoor unit position above false ceiling
  • Check that there is enough space for:
    • Air circulation
    • Filter cleaning
    • Routine maintenance
  • The suspension points must be marked correctly to achieve proper alignment which needs to be done according to the specified requirements.

  1. Bracket Fixing & Suspension Arrangement:
  • Attach strong anchors to the concrete slab.
  • Install threaded rods to suspend the item.
  • To lessen vibration, use rubber pads.
  • To stop drainage, align rods horizontally.

  1. Indoor Unit Mounting & Duct Connection
  • Use suspension rods to firmly mount the indoor unit.
  • To stop movement, tighten the lock nuts.
  • To improve airflow, use insulated GI ducts.
  • To stop leaks, seal all duct junctions.

  • Make use of a metal stand or concrete base.
  • To ensure enough air circulation, maintain clearances.
  • Keep technician access clearances up to date.
  • Steer clear of confined areas and heat sources.

  1. Refrigerant Piping and Electrical Wiring System:
  • Use copper piping with the diameter indicated by the manufacturer.
  • Insulate the suction and liquid lines independently.
  • Take care when brazing to avoid oxidation.
  • Cables should be routed through approved protective conduits.
