How To Install a Dunham Bush Cassette AC:

Pre-Installation Needs:
During the pre-installation process of the Dunham Bush ceiling cassette air conditioner, the ceiling structure and space availability for indoor units and plumbing are assessed during a site inspection.
- Power Supply Check: Verify the proper phase and voltage supply; see technical data.
- Plan a downward slope for the condensate drain pipe to guarantee smooth water flow.
- Ventilation: Ensure the outside unit has enough ventilation to allow unimpeded airflow.
Installation of Indoor Units:
- Ceiling Cut-Out, usually 950×950 mm, matching the size of the interior unit and front grill.
- Suspension System: Suspend the interior unit firmly within the ceiling cavity using a bracket and threaded rod.
Wiring and Piping:
- Connect copper refrigerant pipes according to the specified size.
- Insulate the pipes to stop condensation.
